Who I Work With
Most of my clients are women in their 40s and 50s —busy professionals, wives, and moms who’ve spent years putting everyone else first. They’re ready to make themselves a priority again and want guidance that feels realistic, not rigid.
I also specialize in supporting women who are using (or curious about) GLP-1 weight loss medications. Having gone through that journey myself, I understand the unique challenges and how to build a plan that keeps results sustainable long after the scale moves.
