Light & Creamy Greek Yogurt Mashed Potatoes
A healthier twist with protein + a buttery taste without the extra calories.
Ingredients (Serves 4):

2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (peeled + cubed)

½ cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or 2%)

2 tbsp butter (or ghee)

¼–½ cup warm milk (regular or unsweetened almond milk)

Salt + pepper to taste

Optional: garlic powder, fresh chives
Instructions:

Boil potatoes until fork tender (about 12–15 min).

Drain and mash while still hot.

Stir in Greek yogurt, butter, and just enough warm milk to reach desired texture.

Season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Top with chives and enjoy.
Why it’s healthier: More protein, less saturated fat, but still creamy and comforting.
