🥗 Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries & Pecans
A lighter, flavorful side dish that brings festive color and crunch to your Thanksgiving table!
Ingredients:

1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tbsp olive oil

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
-
½ cup dried cranberries (no sugar added if possible)

⅓ cup chopped pecans (toasted if desired)

1 tbsp balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar

Optional: sprinkle of feta or goat cheese for a creamy finish
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.

Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp on the edges.

Remove from oven and toss with cranberries, pecans, and balsamic glaze.
